This trial is looking for patients aged 2 and older with certain movement disorders that may be treated with Botulinum Toxin (BTX). Participants will receive tailored BTX injections and can help advance research on these treatments.

- I am 2 years old or older.
- I have a movement disorder that my doctor thinks may be treated with BTX.
You may not be able to join if
- I am planning to become pregnant, am currently pregnant, or am breastfeeding.
- I need treatment with an aminoglycoside antibiotic.
- I have a specific vocal fold condition related to reflux or emotional issues.

About This Trial
BTX has been used since the 1980s in support of the research mission of NINDS. Initial studies were focused on expanding the applicability of BTX treatment to movement disorders and exploring new indications. We evaluated the efficacy of an alternative serotype, type F. Under other protocols, we continue to study the physiology of movement disorders and BTX response.

* INCLUSION CRITERIA:
1. Patients 2 years and older, will be eligible for participation if they have a disorder that, in the judgment of the treating physician, might be amenable to treatment with BTX.
