  • I have an immune defect involving phagocytes.
  • I am a blood relative of a patient with an immune defect.
  • I am over 1 month old.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have an acquired condition that causes immune defects.
  • I have dementia that prevents me from giving consent.
  • I have undergone chemotherapy.

This protocol is designed to evaluate selected patients with documented recurrent or unusual infections and their family members for clinical and laboratory correlates of immune abnormalities.
