This trial is looking for patients who are currently being treated or followed for childhood cancer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Participants will help us understand the outcomes and long-term effects of their treatment.
You may be able to join if
- I am currently being treated for childhood cancer at St. Jude
- I am being followed for childhood cancer at St. Jude
You may not be able to join if
- I have only consulted at St. Jude without treatment
- I have been permanently discharged from care at St. Jude
- I have transferred my care to another institution
- I have not followed the recommended check-ups
- I left St. Jude against medical advice
- I was referred to St. Jude for limited care on a phase 1 protocol

This protocol is a means to provide continuing review of outcome and late toxicity for all patients actively being treated and previously treated for childhood cancer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
