This trial is looking for patients who have received an organ or bone marrow transplant. Participants will help researchers learn how certain proteins in the body relate to drug treatment and rejection of the transplant.

- I have received an abdominal, thoracic, or bone marrow transplant.
- I am receiving follow-up care at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
