This trial is looking for adult patients who have essential tremor or Parkinsonian tremor that isn't well controlled by medication. Participants will answer questions about their quality of life and tremor after receiving treatment with stereotactic radiosurgery.
You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with essential tremor or Parkinsonian tremor.
- I have not had enough relief from my tremor through medication alone.
- I prefer radiation treatment for my tremor instead of surgery.
- I am at least 18 years old.
You may not be able to join if
- I have had prior radiation to my thalamus.
- I cannot have an MRI of my brain.
- I have had surgery on my thalamus before.
- My estimated life expectancy is less than 1 year.
