Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with certain types of blood cancers like Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, leukemia, or who have had issues with previous treatments. Participants will receive a specialized treatment using their own T-cells to help fight the cancer.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?
Must not be taking Investigational agentsTumor vaccines

You may be able to join if

  • I have recurrent B-cell lymphoma or leukemia.
  • I am 75 years old or younger.
  • I have a CD19-positive tumor.
  • I am in good overall health with a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.
  • I have recovered from previous chemotherapy at least one week ago.
  • I can provide informed consent for myself or have a guardian who can.
  • I have a Karnofsky or Lansky score of greater than 60%.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have an active infection that needs antibiotics.
  • I have a history of other cancers, except non-melanoma skin cancer.
  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have received any investigational agents in the past 6 weeks.
  • I have had hypersensitivity reactions to murine proteins.
  • I have a tumor that could block my airway.
  • I have an active infection with HIV or HTLV.

About This Trial
Subjects on this study have a type of lymph gland cancer called Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, acute lymphocytic leukemia, or chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (these diseases will be referred to as "lymphoma" or "leukemia").
