This trial is looking for adult women with urinary incontinence due to bladder issues. Participants will be evaluated for the safety of using their own muscle fiber fragments to treat this condition.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am a female between 18 and 75 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with urinary incontinence.
  • I have a bladder capacity of more than 100 ml.
  • I have normal kidney function.
  • I have a history of primary incontinence.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a history of bladder problems such as hypercontractility.
  • I have an active urinary tract infection.
  • I am taking medications that affect urination.
  • I have any serious health conditions like HIV or diabetes.
  • I have been treated with other investigational drugs in the last 30 days.
  • I have urinary incontinence from other causes.
  • I have significant pelvic organ prolapse.
  • I have neurological disorders.
