This trial is looking for children and adults with severe obesity that began before they turned 6 years old. Participants will answer questions about their health and eating habits, have a physical exam, and provide a saliva or blood sample for genetic testing.

- I have a BMI greater than the 99th percentile diagnosed before age 6

- I have known genetic causes of obesity
- I have known endocrine causes of obesity
- I have had a neurologic tumor, trauma, or surgery
- I have had a prior malignancy or transplant
- I have known autoimmune diseases
- I have edema of a known or unknown cause
- I have had prolonged steroid use

Inclusion Criteria:
\- BMI \> 99th percentile documented at age \< 6 years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known genetic causes of obesity
* Known Endocrine causes of obesity.
* Neurologic tumor, trauma or surgery
* Prior malignancy or transplant
* Known autoimmune diseases
