Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* clinical diagnosis of Parkinson disease by United Kingdom Parkinson's Disease Society Brain Bank criteria
* early stage
Exclusion Criteria:
* dementia (MMSE\<26)
* persons who refuse participating
