Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with advanced blood cancers that have a specific genetic mutation called IDH1. Participants will take a medication called AG-120 and will be monitored for safety and effectiveness.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years or older.
  • I have a confirmed IDH1 R132 gene mutation.
  • I can undergo blood tests and bone marrow biopsies.
  • My ECOG Performance Status is 0 to 2.
  • My platelet count is at least 20,000/µL.
  • My liver function tests are within acceptable limits.
  • My kidney function is adequate.
  • I have recovered from any previous cancer treatments.

You may not be able to join if

  • I had a stem cell transplant in the last 60 days.
  • I have had recent systemic cancer treatment or radiation.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have a severe infection or unexplained fever.
  • I have significant heart problems.
  • I have a history of a heart attack in the last 6 months.
  • I have active hepatitis B or C.
  • I have life-threatening complications from leukemia.

About This Trial
The purpose of this Phase I, multicenter study is to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and clinical activity of AG-120 in advanced hematologic malignancies that harbor an IDH1 mutation.
