This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 75 who have suffered a spinal cord injury. Participants will breathe low levels of oxygen for short periods to see if it helps improve movement and recovery.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 75 years old.
  • I have been medically cleared to participate.
  • My spinal injury is at or below C2 and above T12.
  • I have some movement in my legs.
  • My injury happened more than 1 year ago.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a severe medical illness.
  • I am pregnant.
  • I have a history of seizures or brain injury.
  • I am currently undergoing physical therapy.
  • I have diabetes.
  • I have cirrhosis.
  • I am allergic to caffeine or NSAIDs.
