Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people aged 3 and older who have been diagnosed with eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders. Participants will share information about their symptoms and undergo procedures where samples of their tissue are collected for analysis.

You may be able to join if

  • I am 3 years of age or older
  • I have eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE)
  • I have eosinophilic gastritis (EoG)
  • I have eosinophilic gastroenteritis (EoN)
  • I have eosinophilic colitis (EoC)
  • I have symptoms if I am newly diagnosed
  • I have eosinophils in my samples as specified

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had intestinal surgery other than G tube placement
  • I am currently in a blinded investigational study
  • I have an esophageal stricture less than 3mm
  • I have other identifiable causes for eosinophilia

About This Trial
The purpose of this observational study is to find the best measures to define how well a person with eosinophilic disorder is doing. People with EoE, EoG, EoN and EoC normally undergo endoscopy and/or colonoscopy where cells are collected for microscopic analysis. Treatments are then decided based on how the cells look.
