Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults aged 18 to 70 who have thoughts of suicide, have previously tried to end their life, have depression or anxiety, or are healthy volunteers. Participants will undergo tests and evaluations to study brain functions, feelings, and sleep patterns.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 70 years old.
  • I can understand the tests and will sign a consent form.
  • I am willing to use effective birth control if I can get pregnant.
  • I have thought about or attempted suicide recently.
  • I have depression or anxiety, but have never thought about suicide.
  • I am a healthy volunteer with no mental health issues.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have current drug or alcohol dependence.
  • I am pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant.
  • I have serious medical problems like heart disease or kidney issues.
  • I have a positive HIV test.
  • I have a history of severe psychiatric disorders.
  • I have had seizures without a clear reason.
  • I cannot have an MRI scan due to metal implants.
