This trial is looking for college students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison who have been diagnosed with ADHD. Participants will take part in two different training methods to help with attention issues.

- I am an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
- I have a documented diagnosis of ADHD

- I am unable or unwilling to participate in the interventions
