Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with certain types of cancer that express CD70. Participants will undergo a procedure to collect their white blood cells, which will be modified in the lab, and then returned to them to help fight the cancer.

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 72 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with cancer that expresses CD70.
  • I have already received standard therapy for my cancer.
  • I have 3 or fewer small brain tumors that are stable.
  • I am in good overall health with an ECOG score of 0 or 1.
  • I am able to sign a consent form.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I am taking steroid medications.
  • I have an active infection that requires treatment.
  • I have a history of autoimmune disease requiring treatment.
  • I have severe allergies to certain chemotherapy drugs.
  • I have a history of heart issues.
  • I have lung function problems.
  • I am currently taking any other experimental treatments.

About This Trial
Background: In a new cancer therapy, researchers take a person s blood, select a certain white blood cell to grow in the lab, and then change the genes of these cells using a virus.
