This trial is looking for children under 18 who are on ECMO and at risk for heart injury. Participants will receive a treatment where mitochondria from their own body are injected into their heart to help reduce damage.

- I am a pediatric cardiology patient under 18
- I am on ECMO
- I have concerns for ischemic injury
