Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≤ 75 years with histologically proven CRC
* No severe major organ dysfunction
* WHO performance status of 0 or 1
* No prior cancer chemotherapy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 76
* Severe major organ dysfunction
