This trial is looking for people with early-stage polycystic kidney disease (PKD), their healthy siblings, and normal volunteers. Participants will provide blood and urine samples and clinical information to help researchers understand the disease better.

You may be able to join if
- I have early-stage autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
- I have a family history of PKD.
- I have a normal kidney function with a GFR over 80 ml/min.
- I am a healthy sibling of someone with PKD.
- I have no family history of kidney disease.
- I am male or female.
- I belong to any race or ethnic group.
You may not be able to join if
- I have diabetes.
- I have a systemic illness like lupus or vasculitis.
- I cannot provide written consent.
- I am not available for MRI or blood/urine collection.

About This Trial
This observational study will collect blood and urine and clinical information from individuals with early-stages of polycystic kidney disease (PKD), their unaffected siblings and normal volunteers to create a biobank, also called a biorepository. Inclusion Criteria:
* Inclusion for early stage autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD):
* Family history of PKD
* All races and ethnic groups
* Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) \>80 ml/min per 1.73 m2
