Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for people aged 18 and older to understand how blood flow changes with age and certain health conditions. Participants will be grouped based on their health status, and their vascular function will be assessed.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18-30 years old and healthy.
  • I am 65 years or older and healthy.
  • I am undergoing routine coronary angiography.
  • I have been diagnosed with mild to moderate COPD.
  • I have idiopathic or heritable pulmonary arterial hypertension.
  • I have Class I, II, or III heart failure symptoms.
  • I have chronic high blood pressure.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have severe COPD.
  • I have had a heart attack in the past.
  • I have had heart surgery.
  • I have unstable angina.
  • I have an ejection fraction below 50%.
  • I have significant kidney disease.
  • I am pregnant.
  • I have other health issues that prevent me from joining.
