Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* age \> 18 years;
* ability to provide informed consent;
* patients scheduled for mitral valve regurgitation
* TR ≤ 2+ with annular dilation
* Tricuspid diastolic diameter ≥ 40 mm or 21 mm/m2
