Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Men \> 4yrs from external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) meeting the Phoenix definition of biochemical failure or men \> 5yrs from EBRT if neo-adjuvant and/or adjuvant androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) also used
