Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for patients with specific blood cancers called T-cell leukemia or lymphoma. Participants will receive a special treatment that involves using their own T-cells to fight the cancer.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma.
  • I am less than 75 years old.
  • I have a suitable donor for a stem cell transplant.
  • I have more than 50% CD5-positive tumor cells.
  • I have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.
  • I have recovered from the effects of prior chemotherapy for at least one week.
  • I live at least 60 days post-allogeneic stem cell transplant.
  • I can give informed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have an active infection requiring antibiotics.
  • I have an active infection with HIV.
  • I have had another type of cancer in the past 2 years, except for specific skin cancers.
  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

About This Trial
Patients eligible for this study have a type of blood cancer called T-cell leukemia or lymphoma (lymph gland cancer). The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease.
