Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with chronic HBV infection (defined as HBsAg positive for at least 6 months)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Co-infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis C virus (HCV) and/or hepatitis D virus (HDV)
* History of liver transplantation
