* Age \>18 yy
* Isolated SAVS with or without concomitant aortic valve regurgitation
* Isolated prosthetic aortic dysfunction
* SAVS + coronary artery disease (CAD)
* Prosthetic aortic dysfunction + CAD
* Elective, urgent and emergent procedures
* Endocarditic aetiology
