Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age\> 18 years
* Ischemic Stroke confirmed by MRI
* Proximal arterial occlusion (ICA or M1)
* Eligible for thrombolysis and/or thrombectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients residing\> 50 km from the Pierre Wertheimer Hospital (Lyon, France)
