This trial is looking for people with pulmonary hypertension, systemic sclerosis, mixed connective tissue disease, or those undergoing heart testing. Participants will provide samples like blood and urine for future research.

- I have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and am followed at the Comprehensive Pulmonary Hypertension Center
- I have been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis and am followed at the Comprehensive Pulmonary Hypertension Center
- I have been diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disease and am followed at the Comprehensive Pulmonary Hypertension Center
- I am undergoing outpatient right heart catheterization

About This Trial
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a serious condition characterized by a mean pulmonary artery pressure \>=25mmHg on right heart catheterization (RHC). Despite advances in PH care, outcomes are still sub-optimal and further research is required into the pathobiology of the disease and development of biomarkers that can guide clinical care.
