Inclusion Criteria:
* Clinical diagnosis of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
* aged \>= 40 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* spirometry can not be completed because of various reasons
* asthma
* pulmonary embolism
* lung cancer
* sequelae of tuberculosis
