This trial is looking for pregnant women who identify as American Indian or Hispanic to learn how their health and lifestyle can affect their child's growth. Participants will attend several visits during and after pregnancy to share health information and samples.

You may be able to join if
- I am a pregnant woman aged 18 years or older
- I identify as American Indian or Hispanic
- I agree to participate in the study for at least 3 years after delivery
You may not be able to join if
- I am incarcerated or unable to consent
- My fetus is not viable or I do not plan to continue the pregnancy

1. Pregnant women aged 18 years or older (pregnancy confirmed by urine or serum pregnancy test, or ultrasound examination)
