Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for men with advanced prostate cancer that is not responding to normal hormone treatments. Participants will take a combination of treatments to see if it helps their condition.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am a male with confirmed prostate cancer.
  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have rising PSA levels despite low testosterone.
  • I have a specific genetic defect confirmed by testing.
  • I am in fairly good health and can perform daily activities.
  • I have been off previous treatments for at least 4 weeks.
  • I agree to provide a tissue sample for testing.
  • I am willing to follow the study's requirements.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have severe pain from prostate cancer that needs strong painkillers.
  • I have had a heart attack or unstable angina in the last 2 years.
  • I have brain cancer or cancer that has spread to the brain.
  • I am not currently taking blood-thinning medication after a blood clot.
  • I have had other cancers in the last 5 years, except some specific skin cancers.
  • I have serious health issues that could interfere with the study.
  • I have conditions that may prevent me from following the study rules.
  • I have a life expectancy of less than 3 months.
