About This Trial
Revascularization surgery has been the standard treatment to prevent ischemic stroke in pediatric Moyamoya disease (MMD) patients with ischemic symptoms. However, perioperative complications, such as hyperperfusion syndrome, new infarct on imaging, or ischemic stroke, are inevitable.
