This trial is looking for adults with advanced triple negative breast cancer. Participants will receive a combination of chemotherapy and a personalized vaccine to see how well it works for their condition.

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with metastatic invasive triple negative breast cancer.
  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have not received treatment for metastatic triple negative breast cancer before.
  • I am willing to have a biopsy.
  • My weight is over 30 kg.
  • I have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • I am willing to use contraception if I am female and of childbearing potential.
  • I understand the study and can sign a consent form.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have received chemotherapy or biologic therapy in the last 30 days.
  • I have previously received immunotherapy for metastatic disease.
  • I have grade 2 or higher side effects from previous cancer treatment, except for hair loss.
  • I am not a candidate for specific chemotherapy treatments for metastatic triple negative breast cancer.
  • I have had chemotherapy treatment within the last 30 days.
  • I am under 18 years old.
  • I have HIV and do not meet specific health criteria.
