This trial is looking for people aged 18 and over with knee, ankle, or hip pain. Participants will join low-impact exercise classes three times a week for six months, along with dietitian and behavioral health consultations.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older
- I can attend classes three times a week for six months
- I can attend dietitian and behavioral health classes for six months
- I have joint pain in my knee, ankle, or hip
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant
- I am a prisoner
