Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
-Patients ≥18 years planned to undergo laparoscopic obesity surgery (GBP alt Sleeve surgery) at the selected site.
Exclusion Criteria:
* ASA\> III
* Cardiovascular disease with bradycardia (\<50 bpm)
* Serious liver disease failure
