Inclusion Criteria:
* severe seizures in neonates or generalized epilepsy or intractable epilepsy in infancy with generalized tonic-clonic seizures,
* seizures onset before 1 year of age,
* epileptic syndromes/epileptic-encephalopathies with unknown etiology.
