Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18-65
* Primary diagnosis of OCD
* Sufficient severity of OCD symptoms
* Ability to tolerate a treatment-free period
* Capacity to provide informed consent

* Psychiatric or medical conditions that make participation unsafe
