Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with rare genitourinary cancers that have spread to other parts of the body. Participants will receive a combination of treatments to see if it works better than single therapies.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with a specific type of rare genitourinary cancer.
  • I have measurable disease on imaging tests.
  • I can swallow oral medications.
  • I have a good performance status.
  • I have adequate blood counts and liver function.
  • I may have had up to 2 prior systemic cancer treatments.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have previously been treated with cabozantinib.
  • I have untreated metastatic cancer of the bladder or prostate.

About This Trial
This phase II trial studies how well cabozantinib works in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with rare genitourinary (GU) tumors that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as …
