This trial is looking for patients with stubborn intestinal infections who need special treatment called fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT). Participants will receive this treatment and be followed for their health outcomes.

  • I have refractory intestinal infections.
  • I am receiving rescue FMT from the China Microbiota Transplantation System.
  • I am a national patient in China.
  • I was treated between September 2015 and December 2029.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have not been followed up for at least 12 weeks after FMT.

A national data registry of patients receiving the rescue fecal microbiota transplantation for the refractory intestinal infections from the China Microbiota Transplantation System was designed to assess the short-term and long-term safety and efficacy.
