This trial is looking for older adults with actinic keratosis to test if a laser treatment can help remove these skin spots and reduce future ones. Participants will receive treatment on one arm and have follow-up visits over five years.

You may be able to join if
- I have been diagnosed with actinic keratosis in the past 6 months
- I am at least 60 years old
- I can understand the procedures and risks
- I can provide informed consent
- I have fair skin (Fitzpatrick Type I or II)
- I have both right and left forearms
You may not be able to join if
- I have uncontrolled diabetes
- I cannot understand the procedures or risks
- I am pregnant or nursing
- I have large tattoos on my forearms
- I have a history of abnormal healing or scarring
- I have a disease that worsens in the sun
- I am using anti-inflammatory medications or steroids
- I am allergic to lidocaine

About This Trial
This study is following up on previous studies that have demonstrated that geriatric subjects respond different to ultraviolet B (UVB) light than young subjects. The treatment of geriatric skin with dermal rejuvenation therapies (dermabrasion, fractionated laser resurfacing) restores the appropriate UVB response. Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosed with Actinic Keratosis within the past 6 months
* At least 60 years of age, or older
* Ability to comprehend procedures and risks versus benefits
* Able to provide Informed Consent
* Fair Skin (Fitzpatrick Type I or II)
* Possess both Right and Left Forearms
