This trial is looking for adults who have nasal obstruction due to specific anatomical issues. Participants will have their nasal function and satisfaction measured before and after surgery.

  • I am at least 18 years old
  • I have had nasal obstruction for at least 1 year
  • I have a clear anatomical reason for my nasal obstruction

  • I am under 18 years old
  • I cannot answer questionnaires due to mental or physical issues
  • I have had a nasal fracture or surgery in the past year
  • I have used nasal cocaine in the past year

About This Trial

A prospective observational cohort study that measures pre- and postoperative outcome of septorhinoplasty by means of patient-related outcome measures (PROMS: NOSE, FACE-Q, Utrecht Questionnaire, SCHNOS and BDDQ-AS) as well as with functional tests (NAR, AR, PNIF).

Inclusion Criteria: * at least 18 years old * Patients eligible for external septorhinoplasty: patients seen in consultation because of nasal obstruction were evaluated.
