This trial is looking for patients with epithelial ovarian cancer to help understand why some do not respond to platinum-based chemotherapy. Participants will receive standard treatment and have some biological samples collected during their care over 5 years.

You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years old or older
- I have been diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer
- I have not started curative treatment except for neo-adjuvant treatment
- My doctor recommends platinum-based chemotherapy
- I am affiliated with the French social security system
- I will provide written consent to participate
You may not be able to join if
- I have a non-epithelial ovarian tumor or a borderline ovarian tumor
- I have recurrent ovarian cancer
- My exploratory surgery was not performed at the Institut Universitaire du Cancer de Toulouse - Oncopole
- I am pregnant or breastfeeding
- I have any conditions that may prevent me from following medical advice or study procedures
- I am under legal protection or have lost my freedom by judicial decision

About This Trial
Prospective, monocentric study aiming to identify factors involved in platinum based-chemotherapy resistance in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (all stages).
Patients will receive treatment (platinum based-chemotherapy) according to the standard practices.

Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥ 18 years old
2. Epithelial ovarian cancer at initial diagnosis (all stages)
3. Curative treatment (exeresis surgery) not yet initiated excepted neo-adjuvant treatment
4. Indication of platinum based-chemotherapy
