This trial is looking for children who have had treatment for liver tumors or whose biological parents and siblings are eligible. Participants will help researchers learn more about the genetics of childhood liver cancer.

- I have had treatment for a childhood liver tumor before or currently.
- I am under 21 years old.
- I am a biological parent of an eligible child.
- I am a biological sibling of an eligible child.

- I have not had treatment for a childhood liver tumor.
