Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age \>18 years old.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous cardiovascular and/or cerebrovascular event
* stable chronic angina
* advanced chronic kidney disease (Stage IV or V)
* cancer
