About This Trial
Patients referred to neurosurgery routinely and safely undergo deep brain stimulation (DBS) for treatment of neurological conditions, most commonly Parkinson's disease. The investigators have observed that respiratory problems (breathlessness) sometimes occur subsequent to DBS of the subthalamic nucleus (STN).
