* Voluntarily signed written informed consent according to the rules of Good Clinical Practice (Declaration of Helsinki) and national regulations.
* Age ≥ 18 years.
* Female-to-male transsexual patient.
* Implantation of Zephyr ZSI 475 FTM erectile device.
