This trial is looking for patients with certain blood cancers like Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, and Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Participants will receive a new treatment called CCS1477 to see how safe it is and how well it works.

I have given my consent to participate.
My overall health is rated 0-2.
I have been diagnosed with a blood cancer that has come back or does not respond to treatment.
I have already received standard treatment for my condition.
My organs are functioning well.
You may not be able to join if
I have received chemotherapy or other cancer treatments within 14 days or 5 half-lives before starting this trial.
I have had major surgery or a serious injury within 4 weeks before starting this trial.
I have taken strong medications that affect certain liver enzymes within 2 weeks before starting this trial.
I have taken medications that strongly increase liver enzyme activity within 4 weeks before starting this trial.
I currently take statins.
I have any unresolved side effects from previous treatments that are worse than grade 1, except hair loss and mild nerve damage.
I have severe or uncontrolled diseases.
I have known uncontrolled illnesses.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Provision of consent
* ECOG performance status 0-2
* Patients with confirmed (per standard disease specific diagnostic criteria), relapsed or refractory haematological malignancies (NHL, MM and AML)
* Must have previously received standard therapy
* Adequate organ function

* ECOG performance status 0-2
* Patients with confirmed (per standard disease specific diagnostic criteria), relapsed or refractory haematological malignancies (NHL, MM and AML)
* Must have previously received standard therapy
* Adequate organ function
Exclusion Criteria:
* Intervention with any chemotherapy, investigational agents or other anti-cancer drugs within 14 days or 5 half-lives of the first dose
* Major surgical procedure or significant traumatic injury within 4 weeks of the first dose of study treatment
* Strong inhibitors of CYP3A4 or CYP3A4 substrates with a narrow therapeutic range taken within 2 weeks of the first dose of study treatment
* Strong inducers of CYP3A4 within 4 weeks of the first dose of study treatment
* Patients should discontinue statins prior to starting study treatment
* CYP2C8 substrates with a narrow therapeutic range taken within 2 weeks of the first dose of study treatment
* Any unresolved reversible toxicities from prior therapy \>CTCAE grade 1 at the time of starting study treatment (except alopecia and grade 2 neuropathy)
* Any evidence of severe or uncontrolled systemic diseases
* Any known uncontrolled inter-current illness
* QTcF prolongation (\> 470 msec)
