Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer that has high risk characteristics. Participants will receive a combination of specific treatments and undergo regular evaluations during the trial.

You may be able to join if

  • I have been diagnosed with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.
  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I weigh more than 30 kg.
  • I can provide a tissue sample for testing.
  • I have undergone specific medical tests within the last 8 weeks.
  • I am willing to give informed consent.
  • I am in good overall health with a life expectancy of at least 6 months.
  • I will use effective birth control if I can become pregnant.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a history of autoimmune or inflammatory diseases.
  • I have had an organ transplant.
  • I have previously received specific immune therapy for bladder cancer.
  • I have an active cancer other than skin cancer.
  • I have had certain lung diseases or complications.
  • I have serious or uncontrolled health issues.
  • I have taken antibiotics within the last 14 days.

DURANCE is a two part, phase Ib/II, multi-centre study to assess the safety and activity of S-488210/S-488211 in combination with durvalumab, in patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC).
