  • I am an adult or a child up to 18 years old.
  • I have cancer that is locally advanced or has spread and has an NTRK gene fusion.
  • My doctor has decided to treat me with VITRAKVI.
  • I expect to live for at least 3 more months.
  • I have signed the informed consent form.
  • If I am a minor, my parent or guardian has signed for me.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant.
  • I am participating in another clinical trial.
  • I have previously been treated with VITRAKVI or other similar drugs.
  • I have NTRK gene amplification or mutation.
  • I have any health issues that my doctor has indicated would prevent me from participating.
