You may be able to join if

  • I have non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer.
  • I have advanced lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) or recurrent disease.
  • I have a specific mutation in the EGFR gene.
  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have measurable disease.
  • I have not received prior treatment for metastatic disease.
  • I have an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have received treatment with an anti-VEGF agent.
  • I have had any prior systemic treatment for metastatic disease.
  • I have risk factors for anti-VEGF treatment.
  • I am currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • I have untreated brain metastases that require immediate treatment.
