About This Trial
Neurodevelopmental impairment due to delayed brain development and brain injury is a fundamental problem in children with critical congenital heart disease (CCHD). Significant longterm motor-, cognitive-, and behavioral problems are the result of early postnatally and perioperatively induced brain injury.
