This trial is looking for young people who had cancer treatment with certain drugs called anthracyclines. Participants will undergo heart imaging to help researchers understand the effects of these treatments on heart health.

You may be able to join if
- I am between 13 and 39 years old
- I was diagnosed with cancer before age 22
- I have received anthracycline therapy for cancer at least two years ago
- I can speak English or Spanish
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot have a cardiac MRI due to certain medical devices in my body
- I have a medical or social condition that affects my ability to complete the study testing
- I have a significant history of congenital heart disease
- I am pregnant

About This Trial
Anthracycline chemotherapies (e.g. doxorubicin, daunorubicin) are commonly given to treat pediatric cancer, and carry a risk of cardiotoxicity. Inclusion Criteria:
* English and Spanish speaking male and female subjects, ages 13-39 years old
* Diagnosis of cancer at age \<22 years
* Previously treated with anthracyline therapy for cancer, with diagnosis at least two years prior.
